Here I am changing the time zone on my Wave Ceptor watch. It's a bit tricky to figure out, but this video should help.

(And I think it's fun to watch!) First, note that I start in 'timekeeping mode,' in which the digital screen is displaying the seconds/date/time. If you're not in this mode, press the bottom-left button until you're there. I then hold down the top-left button. Note how the second hand zooms to the 12:00 position and stays there. 'AT' is now flashing on the screen. I release that button and press once on the bottom-left button.

'TYO' flashes for Tokyo. Following that, I press the bottom right button to cycle east through the time zones. Sydney, Honolulu, Denver, until I get to 'NYC' for Eastern Time.

And then (still with me?), I press twice on the top-left button, first to indicate that I'm OK with 12-hour mode, and then to complete the move. Watch how (A the minute and hour hands move backward on their own (I'm not doing that manually!), and (B the second hand moves down in accordance with the exact atomic time! You can manually initiate the sync, or it will do it on its own at night.

This is digital electronic watch with traditional analog interface (hands) which are synchronized with digital time. This watches receive radio time signal daily from Fort Collins Colorado, so always has precise time.

This radio signal adjustment can be triggered manually as well and of course it is possible to set time manually. Radio adjustment may take 14 minutes and sometimes may fail. This watch also has solar cell face, and works on light, does not require too much of it. So pretty much 'No worries' watch - no need to adjust, no need to change battery. 10 Bar water resistance - mean you may swim with them (but no diving).
